    • Jump Into the Current Week: We recommend starting with the current week. This ensures you're part of the ongoing discussions and activities on Slack, keeping you engaged with the community and social aspects of our program.

    • Progressive Learning: The course is structured to build on previous content, so by joining in the current week, you won't miss out on crucial foundational knowledge. Each week's material is designed to be increasingly challenging, helping you to progress naturally.

    • Catch Up at Your Pace: You can catch up on past content by reading through the daily blogs and participating in discussions at any time. This way, you can review or learn at a pace that suits you.

    • Optional Repeat: If you feel you've missed out or want to reinforce your learning, consider doing another round of the current week after the 45-day program concludes. This can help solidify your understanding without overwhelming you during the main program schedule.

  • Yes, we do have cheat days! As you progress through the weeks, however, the frequency of these cheat days will decrease. This design aligns with the progressive nature of our challenge, helping you to gradually adjust and commit to healthier habits over time.

  • We do allow alcohol, but there's a weekly limit in place. As the weeks progress, this limit will decrease, reflecting the program's progressive challenge to help you moderate and eventually reduce your alcohol consumption over time.

  • You'll have plenty of support! We use Slack for communication, and I'll be with you every step of the way. Additionally, there are different channels set up where you can interact with and get help from other members, ensuring the community supports you throughout the challenge.
